Our Story

We are MFEO was created with a simple idea: the things in your home should fit your life, not the other way around.

We found that most cosy living products fell into one of two traps — either too cheap and synthetic to feel premium, or styled for someone else's house. So we focused on curating chunky knit pieces designed to look intentional, feel substantial, and pair naturally with what you already own.

Our approach is straightforward: thick, tactile yarn, a neutral palette, and pieces built to layer easily across your sofa, bed, or reading corner. Nothing fussy. Nothing trying too hard.

At MFEO, we believe great products don't shout — they belong. We're starting small with our chunky knit range, and growing only with pieces that genuinely fit the "Made For Each Other" idea: comfort, made to live with.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed at our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Once dispatched, transit typically takes 3-10 business days with our carrier.

From order placement to delivery: 4-12 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or surprise costs.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Do you ship outside Australia?

At this time, we ship within Australia only — including all states and territories. We do not currently ship to international addresses or Australian external territories (e.g. Norfolk Island, Christmas Island).

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse located at 252 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. We use Australia Post and other trusted local carriers for delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes. We deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Some bulky or oversized items may not be eligible — these will be flagged at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

How can I return an item?

To start a return, email support@wearemfeo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.

We'll reply within 1-2 business days with confirmation and the return address. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of this 30-day window.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping (estimated AUD $10–$15 via Australia Post, depending on parcel size and location).

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return shipping in full — and you'll also be refunded any original shipping costs paid.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Returns are inspected within 2 business days after we receive them.

If approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The exact time the funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at no cost within 2 hours of placing it. Email support@wearemfeo.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After 2 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can return the item once delivered — see our Return & Refund Policy.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wearemfeo.com with your order number and the correct address.

If the order has not yet been processed, we can usually update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible — and the customer is responsible for any additional return or reshipment costs.

Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier first receives your parcel. After that, updates may be slow during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please email us at support@wearemfeo.com and we'll investigate.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or peak shopping periods.

If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@wearemfeo.com with your order number and we'll assist you with a carrier investigation.

What products do you offer?

We currently offer a curated range of chunky knitted throw blankets — designed for cosy Australian homes, in colours and textures that pair naturally with most interiors.

Our range will grow over time, but only with products that genuinely fit the "Made For Each Other" idea — pieces that pair well with what you already own and bring you joy.

What are your throws made of?

Each throw's exact composition, weight, and dimensions are listed in detail on its individual product page. We prioritise soft, durable materials that hold up to regular use.

How should I care for my throw?

For best results, follow the care label on your specific throw. As a general guideline:

  • Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat to dry — avoid tumble drying, which can damage the knit
  • Cool iron only if needed
  • Avoid hanging on hooks for extended periods — store folded to retain shape

With proper care, your throw will stay soft and beautiful for years.

What sizes do your throws come in?

Exact dimensions (length × width in cm) are listed on each individual product page. Most of our throws are sized to suit single, queen, or king beds and standard sofas.

Pricing & Payments

In which currency are prices displayed?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are GST-free, as CFG607 Limited is not currently registered for Australian Goods and Services Tax (annual taxable turnover is below the AUD $75,000 non-resident registration threshold).

The final price shown at checkout reflects the total amount you will be charged. No additional taxes, duties, or customs fees apply to orders within Australia.
